These terms govern your use of orbx.co.uk. They are not the same as the service terms that govern an ORBX engagement, which are issued separately as part of a contract pack.

  • Information published here is accurate to the best of our knowledge but is not a binding offer
  • Pricing displayed is indicative; final pricing is set out in a written proposal
  • The content (copy, design, code) is the intellectual property of ORBX Limited
  • You may share, link to and quote from this site for non-commercial purposes with attribution
  • You may not scrape, mass-download, or republish substantial portions without permission

  • Master Services Agreement covering managed services engagements
  • Statement of Work covering scope, pricing and SLAs for each engagement
  • Data Processing Agreement under UK GDPR
  • Acceptable Use Policy

Service terms are issued before contract signature. They are not displayed on this website because they are negotiated per engagement.
