Work the second-line escalation queue across our managed services book. Servers, virtualisation, M365, Intune, Entra ID. Real engineering work, not first-line ticket churn. You will own incidents end-to-end and write up the post-mortems that go into our knowledge base.
Own the relationships with our strategic clients. This is not a sales role pretending to be account management. You will run quarterly business reviews, lead account planning, identify growth opportunities, and act as the senior point of contact for the COO or finance director on the client side. Expected to know the business and the technology in equal measure.
Lead client engagements across ORBX Cloud and ORBX Secure. Cloud assessments, M365 baseline implementations, Cyber Essentials Plus prep, Azure landing zones, M&A integration projects. You will scope the work, lead delivery, and own the client relationship through the engagement. Senior, autonomous, and client-facing.
No hot-desking in a glass office, no all-hands video calls about company values, no tickets-per-hour league tables.
Work from home four days a week. Manchester team day every fortnight. Travel for clients when it actually matters.
Defined competency matrix from 1st line through to senior consultant. Annual reviews with progression criteria, not vibes.
Microsoft, Azure, security certifications paid for and supported. Time off the desk to study. We expect you to grow.
Salaries posted on the role. No discretionary bonus games. Pension at 6% employer matched. 28 days plus bank holidays.
